If you have purchased a BRIC’S MILANO product at an authorized retailer both in store and online, you can now register your warranty and record your proof of purchase.
Items purchased on bricstore.com are automatically registered from the date of purchase.
Please note that proof of purchase is required to validate a warranty claim, therefore your registration will be denied without valid proof of purchase.
If you would like to make a warranty claim, please contact the BRIC’S Customer Care Team at brics@customer.email to determine the validity of your claim, our team will assist you to send your product to an authorized repair location.
The BRIC’S Warranty only covers damage from manufacturers defects, which does not include any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, negligence, accident, or transport damage (for example by airlines).
